A massage treatment will always be tailored to your needs.
We will start by discussing your current health situation and whether a massage, focused on areas of concern, is required or if a full-body, relaxing treatment would be more beneficial. I work with a combination of massage techniques based on the Therapeutic massage approach.
Your treatment is for you. It is your time to relax and I encourage you to guide me and give me feedback on the pressure at any time so I can give you the best treatment suitable for you.
